APPLICATION:
Anti-bacterial trolley specially designed for high-risk environments such as hospitals, operating theatres, intensive care units, clinics and medical practices. Also suitable for lower-risk areas such as nursing homes, the food industry and public facilities (schools, airports and more).
Ensures maximum hygiene and health protection: two hermetic Top-Down® buckets for pre-soaking/pre-impregnation allow cleaning of various areas with different types of mops. (Fill the buckets with cleaning solution, insert the required number of mops, close and let them soak evenly). To ensure perfect hygiene and minimise cross-contamination, we recommend the 1 mop / 1 room system. Pre-prepared mops save solution and speed up cleaning. Used mops should then be placed in the mop collection bag.
The trolley is lightweight, ergonomic and impact-resistant.

The pre-soaking system with Top-Down buckets avoids operator subjectivity regarding the degree of wetness of the mops and ensures a reduction in water and chemical consumption. Manufactured with repairable components and/or available as spare parts to ensure a long life cycle.

Product made in part from plastic components certified by PSV – Plastic Second Life: the first Italian and European environmental product certification label that guarantees and facilitates the identification of goods obtained using recycled plastics.
CARBON FOOTPRINT
Filmop is certified according to the Carbon Footprint Systematic Approach, carried out in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14067:2018, which allows the environmental impact of the product to be quantified in terms of CO 2 emitted at each stage of the life cycle.
ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCT
Product made of separable materials and subsequently recyclable at the end of its life. Product sold in packaging in accordance with Legislative Decree 116 of 03.09.2020 on the obligation of environmental labelling for proper disposal at the end of use. 99% of the carton packaging used by the company is made from an average of 80% recycled paper.
- Made of antibacterial high quality polypropylene copolymer: lightweight, impact resistant, heavy duty and low temperature resistant.
- This plastic material has been treated with zinc pyrithione to slow the growth of bacteria.
- Tested according to ISO 22196:2011: has 99.9% reduction of Escherichia coli contamination and 99.99% reduction of Staphylococcus aureus.
- Antibacterial action is guaranteed throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Strong, durable, ergonomic, modular, easy to assemble and clean.
- Non-marking and silent wheels.
- Vertical frames guarantee the highest hygiene while separating the waste collection area from the rest of the trolley.
- The bag holder is fully enclosed for better hygiene and the door assists the operator in emptying the bag from the front.
- 150 l bag holder equipped with ergonomic handle, handle supports, bucket hooks and reducer for collection of waste and dirty cloths.
- Complete with 2 shock-absorbing pistons for soft closing of the housing.
- Available in different versions: 150 L; 1×50 + 1×100 L and 3×50 L.
- Top-Down ® 20 l buckets with hermetic cover and plastic handle.
